l Area of Experience Required - Proven experience as CNC Operator required
Duties/Responsibilities:
l Prepare and operate CNC machine to perform following tasks
- Drilling
- Grinding
- Milling etc
Turning
l Understand specifications of task and deliver desire results by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings etc
l Translate instructions into commands so machine can perform the correct function
l Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines
l Prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications or commands
l Set machines to complete full cycles to fabricate large number of parts
l Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result
l Ensure the CNC machine operates in accordance with the guidelines of the company
l Conduct regular CNC machine assessments.
Skills to have
l Should have Ability to translate mechanical documents and engineering drawings
l Required Good computer and mathematical skills
l Should have excellent knowledge about CNC machines and their functionality
