Job Description
A CNC (Computer Numerical Control) Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machinery used to produce precision parts and components in manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files
• Set up CNC machines for production runs, including calibration and tool selection
• Input design specifications and commands into the machine
• Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy and detect malfunctions
• Inspect finished products using precision tools like calipers and micrometers
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs
• Maintain detailed production and quality logs
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience operating CNC machinery
• Ability to read mechanical documents and blueprints
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and basic programming
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
• Load raw materials and monitor machine performance
• Adjust machine settings (speed, pressure, alignment) to ensure product quality
• Inspect finished products for defects or deviations from specifications
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues
• Document production output and machine performance
• Collaborate with quality control and maintenance teams.
