CNC Lathe Operator

Job Description: As a CNC Machine Operator at our company, your role will involve setting up, maintaining, and operating computer numerically controlled (CNC) machinery. You will play a crucial part in ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently while upholding quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Set up and operate various CNC machines such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders. - Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD designs accurately. - Load raw materials into the machines and monitor operations throughout the process. - Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools like calipers and micrometers. - Perform routine maintenance on the machines and troubleshoot any issues that may arise. - Adhere to safety protocols diligently and keep the work environment clean. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience operating CNC machines is preferred. - Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and blueprints. - Familiarity with precision measuring tools like calipers and micrometers. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machine issues effectively. - Knowledge of safety protocols and practices in a manufacturing environment.
