candidates may Department : CNC Design Designation : Sr. Engineer (Technical) Location : Hapu, Meerut Job Description Position Summary : The Sr. Engineer CNC Design will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of CNC machine-related engineering projects. The role demands in-depth technical expertise in CNC design and manufacturing, including tooling, machine components, automation integration, and software interfaces within the EPC domain. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and detailing of CNC machines and components using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar software. Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials) and technical specifications as per project requirements. Collaborate with the production and procurement teams to ensure design feasibility and timely execution. Provide engineering solutions to optimize machine performance, reduce downtime, and improve design efficiency. Conduct feasibility studies and mechanical simulations for proposed CNC systems. Ensure all designs meet applicable codes, standards, and EPC industry best practices. Support installation, testing, and commissioning at client sites when needed. Mentor junior engineers and review their design work for accuracy. Coordinate with the project team to meet deadlines and quality expectations. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and CNC machining. Proficient in CAD tools AutoCAD, SolidWorks, NX, or equivalent. Hands-on knowledge of CNC programming and operation is an added advantage. Familiarity with EPC workflows, documentation, and project execution cycles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and team coordination.
