Roles & Responsibilities: Perform design and drawing progarmming of CNC /PLC on automation and control systems. Program, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC systems Modify and update PLC logic as per operational requirements. Maintain proper documentation of PLC programs, wiring diagrams, and maintenance records. This role involves developing CNC programs, proving them out on the shop floor, and optimizing machining strategies for better efficiency and precision. Key Responsibilities: Develop and generate CNC milling programs using PowerMILL / WorkNC / Delcam CAM software . Strong expertise in 3D surface programming , particularly for mold cores and cavities . Determine the appropriate cutting tools , speeds , feeds , and machining strategies . Collaborate with CNC machine operators to prove out new programs and ensure correct setups. Optimize existing programs to improve cycle times , tool life , and part quality . Troubleshoot issues related to machining, tooling , or program inconsistencies . Maintain and manage program documentation , including tool lists and setup sheets. Ensure compliance with safety protocols , quality control , and industry standards . Candidate Requirements: Diploma or B.E. / B.
