CNC BENDING MACHINE OPERATOR

Setting up and operating CNC bending machines: This includes selecting dies, punches, and other tooling based on the specific job requirements. Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings: Understanding the dimensions, tolerances, and specifications of the metal components to be bent. Loading and aligning raw materials: Ensuring proper placement of the metal sheet or stock for accurate bending. Adjusting machine settings: Modifying parameters like bending angle, pressure, and speed to achieve the desired results. Monitoring machine operations: Observing the bending process to ensure proper function and quality. Inspecting finished parts: Checking for defects, dimensions, and adherence to specifications. Performing basic maintenance: Cleaning the machine, lubricating parts, and making minor repairs. Troubleshooting machine malfunctions: Identifying and resolving issues that may arise during operation. Following safety protocols: Adhering to all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Communicating with supervisors and team members: Providing updates on progress, issues, and any necessary changes. Documenting production activities: Recording machine settings, production quantities, and any relevant information.
