The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the marketing technology stack, enhancing marketing efficiency, and leveraging data insights to drive growth, customer engagement, and ROI. Key Responsibilities: - Define and lead the integrated MarTech and data analytics roadmap aligned with business goals - Drive performance marketing efficiency by integrating Salesforce platforms and tools - Implement and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud - Develop and manage marketing automation frameworks using CRM and customer data platforms - Utilize analytics tools like Tableau and Google Analytics for actionable insights - Implement predictive analytics for lead scoring, customer segmentation, and churn prediction - Oversee personalization engines, recommendation systems, and ML models - Ensure seamless integration of AdTech, CMS, and DXP platforms for unified marketing operations - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data-driven marketing strategy - Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, leading performance enhancement initiatives Key Requirements: - 8-12 years of experience in MarTech, CRM, and Data Analytics roles - Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud, and CDP platforms - Hands-on knowledge of marketing automation, web analytics, Tableau, and data storytelling - Experience with ML models in marketing contexts and understanding of AdTech integrations - Ability to drive measurable outcomes through partnership with business and tech teams Key Attributes: - Strategic and analytical thinker with strong execution capability - Ownership and ability to work across functions in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Passion for marketing innovation and data-driven growth The Performance Enhancement Lead at The House of Abhinandan Lodha plays a crucial role in driving marketing transformation and accelerating business growth through technology and data-driven strategies.,
