Experience : 2-3 years Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. This role requires a deep understanding of digital tools, strategies, and best practices to effectively execute campaigns across all digital channels. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns that align with business goals and drive brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and conversions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Digital Campaign Strategy & Execution : Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies to support brand, product, and lead generation goals. Plan and manage digital campaigns across SEO, PPC, social media, email, content, and display advertising. Analyze performance and optimize campaigns to improve return on investment (ROI) and key performance indicators (KPIs). 2. Website & SEO Management : Maintain and update company websites and landing pages using CMS (e.g., WordPress). Conduct keyword research, on-page SEO, and link-building strategies to improve search engine rankings. 3. Social Media Marketing : Manage the company’s social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.). Create and schedule posts, run paid campaigns, and monitor performance. Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and grow the online community. 4. Email & CRM Campaigns: Design and send marketing emails, newsletters, and drip campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Salesforce. Segment email lists and personalize content to increase open and click-through rates. Maintain CRM hygiene and assist with lead nurturing workflows. 5. Paid Advertising & Media Buying : Plan and execute pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on Google Ads, Bing, Meta Ads, and other platforms. Manage budgets, bidding strategies, ad creatives, and A/B testing. Monitor and adjust campaigns based on performance metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPA, and ROAS. 6. Content Development & Coordination : Collaborate with content writers and designers to produce digital content such as blog posts, info-graphics, videos, and ad creatives. Ensure content aligns with brand voice, tone, and SEO goals. Contribute to the editorial calendar and campaign planning. 7. Analytics & Reporting : Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, Data Studio) to track performance. Generate weekly/monthly campaign reports with actionable insights and recommendations. Set up and monitor conversion tracking, goals, and funnels.
