As a Lead Architect, you will be responsible for leading multi-disciplinary teams to interpret client business requirements and transform them into solution visions and high-level architecture. Identifying and mitigating risks will be a crucial aspect of your responsibilities, as you proactively address challenges to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Effective resource allocation, monitoring team workloads, and implementing quality assurance processes will also fall under your purview. Building and nurturing stakeholder relationships will be essential, as you address concerns and expectations while facilitating key SAFe events and ensuring adherence to Lean-Agile principles.
