Checks the IMDS request if all necessary information is available and correct. If not, asks the PQL or Plant Eng. to fill it correctly. Support a training or consultation for PQL or Plant Eng. for filling the IMDS request. Feedback budget hours base on referential, and get approval, and IMDS submission target date, to share the workload with others IMDS Coordinators and alert team leader in case of delay risks should Know SAP system, if necessary to find the information about the requested parts from PQL/Plant Eng. should Know the Keops system, if necessary to find the information about the requested parts from PM Monitor the project status and send weekly reminders and status to PQLs 2 Approved all supplier to submit IMDS to POIES. Requests the suppliers for the IMDS/ MACSI submissions. Makes a training or consultation for suppliers about the IMDS/MACSI database and creation of IMDS/MACSI numbers. Approve or reject the IMDS submission, and feedback supplier if necessary. 3 Submit to OEM IMDS via the data base system. Built BOM structure for all POIES parts number and submit the report to OEM for validation. When approved informed PQL/Plant Eng. Has to have a knowledge of the Norms used in automotive industry Has to have a basic knowledge of chemical substances and their compounds should have the drawing reading knowledge 4 Submit to OEM CMRT yearly report in Sept. Has to know I-point database, to contact supplier and submit report. Validate Supplier CMRT Create Final CMRT for PO as required by customer 5 Contribute to the development and improvement of IMDS quality processes, standards and trainings. Share knowledge and experience inside POIES. Prepare Lessons Learned and good practices based on experience of supplier quality management. Ensure communication of these documents in the POIES Lessons Learned database. Keep abreast to industry changes. Provide inputs, ideas, recommendations for continuously improve IMDS quality processes, tools and standards. Senior Engineer, Material Compliance (IMDS) Experience 3 years onwards General Description: Responsibilities include working with Suppliers for unreported parts. Task will be to create IMDS and submit to customers and correct any issues until IMDS approval. Experience in IMDS, SVHC substances, ELV directive, CMRT and REACH is desired. He/She will be working on Engine components, Filtration management, thermal management products like HVAC, Radiator, Charge air coolers and Electronic and Mechatronics products. Role and Responsibilities: Work experience (Years) Minimum experience of 3 year in Automotive material compliance. Request and validate the supplier material datasheets as per IMDS and OEM guidelines. Guide suppliers for resubmission of rejected parts. Create material data sheet in IMDS to release internally or to OEM as per IMDS Guidelines. Ensure correct and error free material data. Communicate project status to requestors. Communication within the relevant supply chain to request for submission of CMRT / EMRT and verify the received declarations. Submit SCIP as required.
