Job Description Job Title: Senior Business Development Executive Experience: 2-5 Years Location: Ahmedabad (Remote) Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT services sales, strong networking abilities, and expertise in utilizing digital tools for outreach. Key Responsibilities: ● Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and online marketing. ● Develop and deliver effective sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to potential clients. ● Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships. ● Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive client acquisition strategies. ● Utilize CRM tools and other business platforms (Upwork, LinkedIn, etc.) to track leads and conversions. ● Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competition, and opportunities. ● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. ● Prepare and present sales reports to management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Key Skills & Competencies: ✔ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills ✔ Ability to craft compelling sales propositions and pitch ideas effectively ✔ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex business challenges ✔ Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently ✔ Proficiency in CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email outreach, and Upwork ✔ Resourceful with outstanding research and analytical skills Qualifications & Experience: ● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus) ● 2-5 years of experience in IT services sales ● CBSE board-educated candidates preferred ● Proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition, and achieving sales targets Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Work from home Schedule: Monday to Friday Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Work Location: Remote
