Role description for CMM operator:

This is a full-time on-site role for a CMM Operator in Bengaluru. The role involves operating and programming Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) for inspecting and measuring various components and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Daily responsibilities include preparing inspection reports, performing routine equipment maintenance, and collaborating with the quality assurance team to meet project requirements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum experience of 2 years in a metrology lab or standards room is a must.
• Proficiency in operating and programming 3D Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and other measuring equipment
• Strong knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and CAD data interpretation
• Ability to generate detailed inspection and calibration reports
• Hands on experience in Zeiss make CMM with Calypso software is an added advantage
• Good communication skills and team collaboration
• Relevant technical diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metrology or similar field

Role description for calibration technician:

This is a full-time on-site role for a calibration technician in Bengaluru. The role involves operating of various calibration equipments and machines to calibrate the gauges and masters and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Daily responsibilities include preparing inspection reports, calibration certificates, performing routine equipment maintenance, and collaborating with the quality assurance team to meet project requirements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum experience of 2 years in a metrology lab or standards room is a must. (Freshers are also eligible for applying).
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining various calibration equipments and machines.
• Proficient with ISO 17025:2017 and various other standrads which are in use at present.
• Ability to generate detailed inspection and calibration reports.
• Hands on experience in ULM&aposs is an added advantage.
• Good communication skills and team collaboration.
• Relevant technical diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metrology or similar field.
