Position Summary Join our team at LSEG as Senior Executive Assistant, where you will lead our Joiners, Movers & Leavers (JML) processes. Collaborate with customers and technology teams to ensure timely provisioning and recovery of end-user computing assets (laptops, mobiles, and peripherals) and chip into future state planning across our asset management portfolio. In this role, you will perform detailed coordination of joiners, mover and leavers. Your efforts will drive improvements in JML processes. Strong coordination, process management, data analysis, and compliance oversight are meaningful to support flawless transitions for new hires, role changes, and departures. You will play a meaningful role in ensuring operational efficiencies, service improvements, and maintaining a motivated, high-performing JML team. Key Responsibilities: Ensure timely provisioning, modification, and deprovisioning of system access, credentials, and laptops for employees in line with company policies in line with JML Processes. Monitor requests through ServiceNow, ensuring efficient ticket resolution and SLA consistency. Monthly MIS data consolidation. Maintaining JML SOPs through timely revisions. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in data Analytics, IT, Finance, or a related field. 5+ years of experience. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills; experience with Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Snow, or CMDB tools). Good attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication skills for communicating insights and collaborating with multi-functional teams. Additional preferred requirement: Advanced excel skills. Workflow automation experience using Power BI/ Power Apps. Basic knowledge on Microsoft Azure.
