Job Description

Knowledge, Skills And Experience

  • Strong experience with BMC Helix CMDB & Discovery across cloud and on-premise environments
  • Managing and Configuring Reconciliation rules for discovery data
  • Expertise in troubleshooting and Resolving reconcile errors, deduplications
  • Creating CMDB Dashboards
  • Manage CMDB Request Catalogs to customize workflows.
  • Experience with CMDB integration with other tools like SCCM, SolarWinds etc.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • ITIL v4 Certification (preferred).
  • BMC Discovery 22.x: Fundamental Administering
  • BMC Certified Professional in Helix ITSM and Virtual Agent (preferred).
