Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Provide insights into technical feasibility and potential challenges. Accountable for overall architecture. Identifies and drives resolution of technical issues affecting project execution. Document the detailed technical design. Support the product lead in ensuring consistency between process design and ServiceNow requirements. Verify the technical details of the stories then approved these stories accordingly.
