Roles & Responsibilities: Setting up accounting systems/COA, process etc. Review of accounting of transactions and ensuring accounting per company policies and in accordance with IGAAP Prepare financial statements in compliance with IGAAP Prepare tax audit forms FORM 3CD, etc. Ensuring appropriate control over banking function and review of monthly bank reconciliations Review and ensure monthly closure of the sub-ledgers and GL as per the timelines Review and finalisation of monthly trial balance Prepare monthly management reports (local and global) Balance sheet, Profit and loss account and Cash flow statement and other MIS reports Good knowledge and ensuring timely adherence to statutory compliances & tax regulations (DT, IDT, CS, FEMA, etc.) Coordinating with the statutory auditors for the timely completion of the audit Coordination with the internal audit team for the successful completion of the audits Handle a portfolio of clients and develop new client relationships and business opportunities Actively participate in managing the practice Handle projects related to provision of accounting advisory support (IFRS/US GAAP/Indian GAAP) and GAAP conversion services to clients Independently handle projects related to IPO preparedness and preparation of financial information for IPO transactions Be responsible for engagement planning, budgeting, management and closure Be accountable for engagement economics, profitability and efficiency Drive overall profitability and revenue growth Offer ideas to enhance firm profitability through value creation, increased efficiency and development of expanded offerings Participate in recruitment activities Participate in knowledge sharing events/meetings with other lines of services. Contribution to articles, thought leadership, speaking at external forums

Provide GAAP conversion services to the clients Provide accounting advisory support (IFRS/Indian GAAP/Ind AS) to clients Write memos/issue papers on accounting issues Assist client in IPO preparedness and manage production of financial information for IPO process Assist due diligence teams in IFRS/Indian GAAP impact assessment on cross border transactions Contribute to thought leadership publications on IFRS, Indian GAAP and Ind AS Mandatory skill sets: CA or Equivalent with 2-4 years of post-qualification experience in financial reporting. Good working knowledge of Ind AS/IFRS Implementation. Additional qualification of CPA, ACCA, and post- graduation in accounting will be an added advantage. Preferred skill sets: Experience of working on Indian GAAP IFRS Audits in the past will be an added advantage Quick learner and works well within a team Ability to explain in a simple way complex accounting and financial reporting issues Ability to read, understand and apply technical accounting standards Well versed with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Good communication skills Should be flexible to travel

Roles & Responsibilities: Manager (5+ yrs exp) - Bangalore location AM (3+ yrs exp) - Gurgaon & Bangalore location Qualification - CA qualified only. Reporting to Associate Directors & Directors for execution of large and complex Accounting Advisory Projects (technical as well as process) Researching technical issues and providing input into the preparation of high-quality technical reports and presentations Provide support to related areas such as IFRS / US GAAP convergence, new accounting pronouncements and other regulatory changes which impact accounting decisions Apply Firm's methodologies in servicing clients on IFRS/ US GAAP convergence engagements To be up to date with developments on regulatory and accounting matters Must have a knowledge of Ind AS / IFRS with working knowledge of differences from Indian GAAP to Ind AS. Must be able to apply relevant accounting standards, independently execute Ind AS engagements. Preparing training material and deliver trainings on various accounting e.g., Ind AS / IFRS / US GAAP. Ability to present technical accounting matters to clients and senior team members in a clear and concise manner. Managing and contributing to the delivery of a range of projects focusing on financial reporting. Help in solution development considering the regulatory changes and trends observed in reporting. Assist in business development initiatives of the firm to win in the market.
