The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships. The role involves daily tasks such as conducting market research, generating leads, and providing exceptional customer service. The Sales Executive will collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and contribute to the overall growth and success of CMA Gurukul. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound and inbound calls to potential students and parents. Understand student aspirations and effectively communicate the benefits of pursuing the US-CMA course. Deliver high-quality counselling help students make confident career decisions. Maintain lead databases, follow-up pipelines, and achieve enrolment targets. Create a positive, enthusiastic, and motivating environment for students. Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to execute enrolment strategies. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proven track record in sales and business development Ability to conduct market research and generate leads Excellent customer service skills Experience in the education or coaching industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Ability to work independently and as part of a team
