Manage database security, backup & recovery, and high-availability setups. Proactively monitor database performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement tuning solutions. Plan and execute database migrations, upgrades, and patch management. Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for schema designs, query optimisation, and issue resolution. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal data governance policies. Develop and maintain database documentation, standards, and procedures. Must-Have Skills: 3+ years of proven experience as a database administrator. Strong expertise in PostgreSQL , and Oracle DB Experience in database clustering, replication, and disaster recovery setups. Proficient in SQL scripting, query optimisation, and performance tuning.
