Driver Management : Supervise and manage drivers, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation. Ensure drivers adhere to safety regulations and maintain appropriate licenses and certifications. 4. Vehicle Maintenance : Coordinate and schedule vehicle maintenance and repairs to ensure that the fleet remains in good working condition. 5. Compliance and Regulations : Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, safety standards, and environmental regulations. Keep up to date with relevant laws and regulations affecting the transportation industry. 6. Inventory and Load Management : Monitor and manage the transportation of goods and materials, ensuring accurate inventory counts and load distribution.
