Job Title: Cluster Manager Location: [Insert Cluster / Region] Department: Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Reports To: O&M Manager / Zonal Operations Head Job Summary: We are looking for a hands-on and performance-driven Cluster Manager to manage operations across 200+ EV stations within the assigned cluster. The role demands strong leadership, operational planning, vendor governance, and analytical skills to ensure uptime, cost efficiency, asset accountability, and service excellence. Key Responsibilities: Network Uptime & SLA Management: Ensure QIS and Broadband uptime as per defined targets across all sites within the cluster. Drive continuous improvement in SLA compliance and proactively resolve network performance issues. Preventive Maintenance & Site Health: o Ensure monthly site visits and timely execution of preventive maintenance (PM) by vendors. o Monitor and track repair, replacement, and refurbishment activities to avoid operational disruptions. o Publish a monthly Health Tracker for all deployed assets in the cluster. Vendor Management & Governance: o Conduct monthly governance meetings with OME and SME vendors to review performance and compliance. o Track SME complaints, ensuring proper closure with actionable analysis on registered vs. resolved tickets. Team & Activity Planning: o Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly activity plans for all O&M engineers within the cluster. o Ensure clear allocation of responsibilities and performance tracking. Opex & Asset Management: o Ensure accurate OPEX provisioning and timely submission of data for budgeting and forecasting. o Track and validate all equipment through a monthly site-wise asset accountability tracker . Utility Bill & Power Management: o Ensure 100% timely collection and processing of EB (Electricity Board) and Broadband bills. o Prevent disconnections through close coordination and proactive follow-up. o Monitor DG (Diesel Generator) deployment and ensure proper maintenance, tracing, and validation. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical, Electronics, or a related field. 46 years of experience in EV operations, field management, or O&M coordination. Strong leadership and organizational skills with a focus on operational excellence. Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data reporting. Excellent coordination, vendor management, and communication skills. Ability to manage field teams and travel as required across the cluster.

Roles and Responsibilities 1. Executing the shift production targets given projects as per given timeline. 2. Maintaining the discipline and order on the line and providing feedback to Cluster-in-charge on any violation of regulations 3. Able to handle at least 50 Nos operators in a shift 4. Executing the action plan as defined by the shift manager. 5. Monitoring, controlling recognizing the performance of all operators. 6. Leading the daily shift activity, it s briefing to the seniors carry out the communication with operators as required 7. Taking immediate actions during shift to close off any issues related to safety. 8. Training Developing of team members/Operators. 9. Prepare SOPs, Control Plan/WI/CS/SPC for production their revision as per requirement 10. Prepare shift MIS report and discuss the same with cluster in-charge shift-manager. 11. Rejection analysis suggest improvement actions 12. Continuous Improvement in yield, Throughput drive cost reduction projects 13. Response Ensuring actions against Customer Complaints 14. Keep up-to-date on new external developments on solar cell processes Required Skills 1. Experience knowledge about Solar Cell its operation 2. Characterization knowledge of Solar cell for process improvement (e.g. Rework reduction, breakage reduction, Throughput improvement etc.) 3. Knowledge about basic Six Sigma Methodologies, Kaizen, QC tools. 4. Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills 5. Good Knowledge about MS-word , Excel. 6. Ability to gather and review resources and select and synthesize data for reports and other written materials.

Position Title - Assistant Manager- Electrical O&M Experience- 6-9 years Qualification- Diploma/ Degree -Electrical Location- Jath - Maharashtra General Job Description The Wind turbine Engineer (Assistant Manager) will act as part of team to achieve safe and efficient Operation and Maintenance of WTG. To attend the breakdown calls & to ensure the smooth operation of the WPP. To share ownership of WECs along with PM team for execution of PM as per stipulated Schedules. The Assistant Manager will reports directly to the Site In charge and indirectly to the Cluster In charge. Responsible for performing all 24 x 7 Operation of WTGs, preventive, scheduled, and unscheduled maintenance on WTGs in safe and efficient manner. Also responsible for all site related activities such as Safety Management, Documentation, Material management etc. Specific Responsibilities 1. Promoting a Safe working culture on the site and follow ReNew Safety values at Site. 2. Ensure all Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental requirements for the site are maintained and Complied. Provide site induction to all people at site. 3. Management of all on site activities, reporting to all key stakeholders (external and internal) and maintaining site KPIs (Availability, LPF, costs and service schedule) 4. Management of all staff and contractors on site ensuring work performed is safe, efficient and to the correct standards. 5. Effective Implementation of procedures for high-risk activities.
