Role & responsibilities Dealing with HNI & Ultra HNI Clients . Cross Sell the products . Conduct daily sales calling with prospective new clients and identify their needs. Provide and develop solutions and suggest schemes to clients basis their requirements and goal. Conduct timely and regular follow ups with the leads and tag them on broadcasts and new articles. Increase client database by meeting new clients and taking references from the existing ones and hence build AUM and AUA for the branch. Review and diversify existing client portfolio on a regular basis and provide guidance accordingly. Achieve financial goals of the clients through various product line. Update and cross – sell products to existing clients and update them about the primary and secondary market trends. Update self-regarding all schemes, products and solutions by regularly attending trainings. Share regular communications with client regarding information, research and material of the organization. Conduct regular marketing activities with the regional marketing and product team by showcasing our products and features and generate leads. Preferred candidate profile

About the Role As Cluster Head LM - Jharkhand , you ll own the onboarding and training of partners and managing operations for the entire Bangalore cluster. You ll also drive key operational metrics by regularly visiting their facilities in different cities in your area. You ll take complete ownership of processes allotted to you and work with various stakeholders to achieve team goals. You ll continuously work towards identifying gaps and providing recommendations for improving our processes. What you will do Own the onboarding and training of new partners for Last Mile operations. Identify and onboard new partners onto the network on an ongoing basis Track and own the performance of different partners in your cluster Visit facilities to conduct audits and solve operational gaps Ensure compliance with operational processes Own and drive key operational metrics end to end and achieve performance targets What you will need Graduate or Post Graduate degree in any discipline 3-5 years of work experience in the e-commerce logistics domain, preferably in Last Mile operations Experience in partner onboarding and training in the Last Mile and sorting operations Experience of having worked in Ranchi or other areas of Jharkhand in similar capacity would be a plus and so will the Experience in control tower and field operations About us Welcome to Meesho, where every story begins with a spark of inspiration and a dash of entrepreneurial spirit. Requisite: Graduates / MBA withe 10+ yrs of relevant industry experience Assist the Sales Head in creating the sales strategy, sales plan for the site Review sales funnel for each sales manager and provide guidance to close the deal Provide training to team members (Sales Pitch, Process, Negotiation, Closing a deal Break down site office target to individual sales managers and facilitate target achievement throughout the month Meet customers on need basis for closure Gather competitive intelligence (product, schemes, etc.) Oversee on-site customer experience Ensure Customer Information is updated in the system on real time basis Ensure complete customer documents are collected by the sales manager at the time of booking Ensure inventory status is updated in the trackers / system, daily reconciliation of bookings, inventory Analyse Data, share reports and analysis with the Board Ensure bank tie-ups for home loans Minimise on booking cancellations Share feedback with marketing team on creatives, channels of communication.
