1) Manage day to day operations of the club to ensure smooth functioning .
2) Conduct staff briefings , provide training for new staffs and their skill development
3) Develop and implement strategies to improve member engagement and retention
4) Implement strategies to increase revenue and achieve financial targets
5) Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
6) Responsible for selling club membership and ensure team is achieving monthly target as well

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
