Generate leads, explain products/services, and convert leads into sales. Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information. Follow up with prospects and ensure timely closures. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets. Provide detailed information about products/services and resolve objections. Report daily call records and feedback to the team leader/manager. Requirements:Minimum qualification: High school/diploma/graduate. Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketer, or similar role preferred. Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
