We are looking for a Senior Compliance Executive with a strong background in statutory compliance and labor law regulations to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing vendor compliance, statutory registrations, and license procurement processes, with excellent communication skills in English. Key Responsibilities: Ensure vendor compliance with all statutory requirements and internal policies. Maintain and monitor compliance under BOCW (Building and Other Construction Workers Act), ISMW (Inter-State Migrant Workmen Act), and CLRA (Contract Labour Regulation and Abolition Act) . Handle the end-to-end process of license procurement and renewals under CLRA, ISMW, and BOCW Acts. Liaise with government authorities and external agencies to ensure timely submission of required documentation. Prepare and maintain compliance records and reports for audits and internal reviews. Conduct periodic compliance audits of vendors and contractors. Provide guidance and training to internal teams and vendors on compliance-related matters.
