Role & responsibilities WAF web traffic Monitoring/Analyse/Configuration in WAF. Taking WAF web traffic Report (Daily basis) & Share to Client. Checking attacking pattern on regular basis for blocklisted countries in cloud WAF. Validating WAF Health status Report from L1(Shift Basis). Resolve SOC Alert tickets & IB-CART tickets. Continuous monitoring and creating Incident tickets if any suspicious activity found in WAF.
