As a HR Digital Associate - HRIS at Petrofac, your role involves implementing and supporting Oracle HCM modules as a Technical Consultant. Your responsibilities will include: - Implementation and Support of Oracle HCM modules as a Technical Consultant. - Having 1 - 3 years Cloud/R12 HCM experience with at least 1 year's relevant experience in Oracle HCM Cloud. - Demonstrating strong technical knowledge of BI Reports, HDL, Fast Formulas, and HCM Extracts. - Possessing clear and effective communication skills - both Verbal and Written. - Holding a Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, Electronics and Engineering, Computer Applications, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training. Qualifications and Skills required for this role are: - Experience in importing data/ mass update of data/ data migration activities. - Ability to work independently and under pressure, managing multiple deadlines effectively. - Capability to handle difficult situations and crisis management, while building confidence and trust. - Skill in managing scope and client expectations on projects and working well with all levels from developers to key stakeholders. - Industry background of 1+ years hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud and products. - Required Education: B. Tech or Masters. - Motivated and Self Driven with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. - Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills, along with technical knowledge of personal computers and network systems.
