As a Senior Backend Developer at our company, you will play a crucial role in refining the system architecture, ensuring seamless integration of various tech stacks, and enhancing the DevOps process. Your understanding of software paradigms and ability to design solutions for ML, MLOps, and LLMOps challenges will be key in leading your team towards successful project implementation. You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of modern technologies and contribute to building an enterprise-grade ML platform. Responsibilities: - Act as a bridge between engineering and product teams, designing a scalable system that aligns with long-term product roadmaps. - Translate product insights into detailed engineering requirements and oversee the development process within sprint cycles. - Demonstrate expertise in solution design and documentation, ensuring high-level and low-level designs are well-defined. - Develop "Zero Defect Software" efficiently using cutting-edge tools like ChatGPT and Co-pilot. - Foster a culture of secure, instrumented, and resilient software development, focusing on high-quality, performance-driven code. - Evaluate and enhance DevOps processes for a cloud-native codebase, emphasizing API Data Contracts, OOAD, Microservices, Data Models, and Concurrency concepts. - Lead with a focus on quality, innovation, and empowering leadership. Qualifications: - 4-7 years of hands-on experience developing full-fledged Systems/Microservices using Python. - Minimum 3 years of senior engineering responsibilities and people mentorship/leadership experience. - Proficiency in object-oriented design, agile development methodologies, and cloud-native software development. - Strong skills in SQL, NoSQL, OLAP DBs, and familiarity with modern technologies. - Bonus: Understanding of Generative AI frameworks/libraries such as RAG, Langchain, LLAMAindex. Skills: - Excellent documentation skills. - Ability to make authoritative decisions, hold accountability, motivate, lead, and empower team members. - Strong independent contributor and team player. - Working knowledge of ML and MLOps concepts.
