In this role, you will contribute to the development of end-user modules" firmware, implement new features, maintain compatibility with the latest telecommunication and industry standards, and perform analysis and estimations of customer requirements. Your responsibilities will include technical design, implementation, integration, and testing of new features across complex software products, services, and components. You will serve as the technical strategy leader across multiple teams, creating architecture and work plans for present and future projects, including scoping and estimations. Your role will be crucial in providing technical solutions, suggesting improvements, and proactively facilitating enhancements across various aspects of the projects. As part of the job responsibilities, you will play a central role in technical contributions affecting products company-wide. You will prepare and deliver engineering-related presentations both internally and externally, lead product teams towards technological alignment, set technical direction for the engineering function, provide guidance on software development best practices, and demonstrate expertise across a wide range of components, products, and services. Additionally, you will create code and software architecture for complex features, review architecture and designs from other team members, propose solutions for complex issues, collaborate with various stakeholders to resolve escalations and customer issues, conduct research for optimal solutions, and suggest enhancements for frameworks and tools to streamline development activities. Your role will also involve making critical technical decisions when projects face setbacks and driving new initiatives across products or at the company level. To be successful in this role, you should have professional experience in writing code in languages such as C#, ASP.NET, HTML5, JavaScript, Java, Python, among others. You should possess strong problem-solving and debugging skills, experience in architecture planning for complex systems, proficiency in integrating with third-party services and platforms, familiarity with web services development, Agile methodologies, source control tools, CI/CD tools, cloud-based technologies, and secure software development lifecycle. Excellent communication skills, technical mentorship experience, high motivation, and willingness to drive business growth are also essential for this position.
