We are looking for an innovative RPA Solution Architect with expertise in UiPath and cloud-native automation to lead the design and deployment of enterprise-scale RPA solutions. As a strategic technologist, you will not only develop but also architect end-to-end automation frameworks, integrate advanced cloud capabilities, and drive transformational efficiency gains. In this role, you will lead the design and architecture of RPA solutions, ensuring scalability and maintainability. You will design reusable frameworks, best practices, and governance models for RPA implementations. Collaborating with stakeholders, you will understand business requirements and translate them into robust RPA solutions. Providing technical leadership throughout the development lifecycle, you will ensure adherence to best practices. You will integrate RPA with enterprise cloud environments, leveraging expertise in VDIs, Virtual Machines, and Kubernetes. Additionally, you will document solution architecture and technical designs, conduct technical presentations, workshops, and knowledge sharing sessions for internal and external stakeholders, and implement attended & unattended automation with Citrix/legacy system automation. You will also diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks, exceptions, and deployment issues, optimize bot efficiency, resource utilization, and exception handling, and propose alternate solutions in case of RPA feasibility or implementation challenges. Working closely with the Product team, you will provide feedback to improve processes. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 8-10 years of experience in RPA with proven Solution Architecture responsibilities. Expertise in UiPath platform architecture and ecosystem is mandatory. Hands-on practical knowledge of cloud infrastructure (e.g., Azure, AWS), virtualization concepts, VDIs, Virtual Machines, and Kubernetes (good to have) orchestration is required. A clear track record of architecting and delivering large-scale RPA solutions is essential. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills are necessary to confidently articulate and sell technical concepts to both business and technical audiences. Knowledge of OCR tools (ABBYY, Google Vision, Azure Form Recognizer), AI/ML models & GenAI, and API implementation is a plus. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are also important. Preferable qualifications include certifications in UiPath, AWS/Azure/GCP, or Kubernetes, experience with other RPA tools (Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate), experience in regulated industries (BFSI, Healthcare, etc.), and familiarity with DevOps practices and RPA security best practices.
