As the Engineering Partner/Delivery Partner for Google Cloud in Pune/Noida, with over 17 years of experience, you will lead and manage the cloud delivery team to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality cloud solutions to clients. Your responsibilities include being the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements, providing guidance, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Additionally, you will play a key role in supporting hiring efforts and expanding the cloud footprint of the Business Unit. Your role involves leading and managing the cloud delivery team, which includes project managers, developers, and architects specializing in cloud delivery and migration. You will oversee hiring and training initiatives to enhance the team's capabilities and ensure exceptional service delivery. Working closely with clients, you will manage their expectations, engage in delivery governance forums, and collaborate with the Sales Team on proposals and strategic initiatives. Building strong relationships with key client stakeholders and leading account mining activities will be essential. You will ensure that cloud solutions align with company standards and exceed client expectations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams for problem-solving and decision-making is a crucial part of your responsibilities. You will guide the pursuit team on technical solution design, estimation, planning, commercials, and proposal presentation. In terms of expertise, you are expected to bring around 15 years of progressive experience in Delivery Leadership roles for Software development and Cloud Management Programs. Strong expertise in Google Cloud technologies and platforms is required. Knowledge of Cloud IaaS/PaaS services, Cloud-native Development, DevOps/SRE, Cloud/Infra Security, Cloud/Networking, and Backup/Disaster Recovery is essential. Experience with industry standard processes such as Scrum, Agile, Kanban, and ITIL is also necessary. You will lead delivery teams of 150 to 200 engineers and build and groom the next 2 levels of delivery leaders. Leading a high-growth portfolio with annual revenue ranging from USD 10M to USD 15M, a significant portion of which will come from winning new deals, is part of your responsibilities. Tracking and controlling operational parameters such as utilization, pyramid, and margin with attention to detail is crucial for operational efficiency.
