As an experienced individual with 5+ years of relevant experience, you will be responsible for defining and championing the strategic vision and roadmap for CI/CD pipelines in an offshore role. Your primary focus will be on creating a scalable, resilient, and secure architecture for digital engineering pipelines while promoting DevOps best practices. Your duties and responsibilities will include leading the architectural design of end-to-end CI/CD workflows, implementing advanced CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, and configuring Azure resources such as Container Apps, Storage, Key Vault, and Networking. You will also integrate and optimize tools like SonarQube for code quality and Snyk for security scanning, develop specialized CI/CD processes for SAP Hybris e-commerce platform, and automate change management processes with Jira integration. Furthermore, you will design full-stack caching/CDN solutions using Cloudflare, develop and maintain automation scripts and infrastructure-as-code, implement automated testing strategies, embed DevSecOps practices, ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements, and monitor/optimize CI/CD pipeline performance. Collaborating with various teams including development, operations, QA, and security, you will mentor teams to foster an automation and shared responsibility culture, as well as provide expert-level troubleshooting and root cause analysis. In terms of skills and competencies, you should have expertise in GitHub Actions CI/CD orchestration, Azure proficiency, Snyk security scanning, SonarQube integration, Infrastructure-as-Code, test automation integration, DevSecOps implementation, Jira integration, Cloudflare management, CI/CD monitoring/optimization, troubleshooting, compliance understanding, and cross-functional collaboration. Experience with SAP Hybris CI/CD automation and Docker containerization would be advantageous. Overall, you will play a critical role in shaping and implementing the CI/CD strategy and architecture, ensuring high-quality, secure, and efficient delivery of digital solutions while fostering a culture of automation, collaboration, and innovation. Please note that the expected onboarding date for this position is September 1, 2025, and the work location is either Trivandrum or Kochi. A degree qualification is also required for this role.,
