Job Title: Webshops Technical Manager Were looking for an experienced and driven Webshops Technical Manager to lead our technical teams and ensure the stability, performance, and governance of our webshop platforms. This is a pivotal leadership role within our Webshops Systems Team, overseeing senior technical staff and shaping the long-term technical strategy of our e-commerce ecosystem. You will be the key point of accountability for ensuring our webshop platforms—powered by SFCC, MuleSoft, CI/CD pipelines, and Cloudflare—are secure, scalable, and performant. As a technical leader, you will balance delivery speed with quality, align engineering practices with business objectives, and foster a culture of technical excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead and grow a team of in-house technical experts, including Tech Leads, DevOps Engineers, and Integration Architects. Own and enforce the technical governance framework across the webshop domain—covering architecture, performance, scalability, and security. Collaborate with Product Owners and Project Managers to align commercial delivery with long-term technical goals. Ensure transparency of technical issues and drive resolution strategies, especially on critical platform components. Champion best practices, documentation, and knowledge sharing across teams. Monitor technical debt, identify inefficiencies, and drive ongoing optimization efforts. Serve as a senior escalation point for technical challenges and decision-making. Roles and Responsibilities : Understanding of Design, implement, and troubleshoot Cloudflare WAF solutions for customers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs. Troubleshoot issues related to CDN (Content Delivery Network) integration. Develop and maintain documentation related to WAF,DMARC,CDN, DNS,DDOS configurations, troubleshooting guides, and best practices Onboard new webservers/applications in Cloudflare along with relevant teams, track external IP addressing, account management, external DNS management, coordinate with CSC/other registrar, WAF, proxy, PKI/SSL certificate and other Cloudflare feature implementation and management as per standards. Supporting forensic analysis and investigation. Generate & Review standard ,on demand reports for WAF,DMARC,CDN, DNS etc Housekeeping activities like clean-up of unused DNS entries, rules, configurations etc. Deployment of new versions, patches & handling VA & other reports with relevant team and report progress. Job Requirements : 6-11 years of experience in software development with expertise in cloudflare Generate & Review standard ,on demand reports for WAF,DMARC,CDN, DNS etc Proficiency in Web Application Firewall (WAF) setup and maintenance.

What Youll Own Full Stack Systems: Architect and build end-to-end applications using Flask, FastAPI, Node.js, React (or Next.js), and Tailwind. AI Integrations: Build and optimize pipelines involving LLMs (OpenAI, Groq, LLaMA), Whisper, TTS, embeddings, RAG, LangChain, LangGraph, and vector DBs like Pinecone/Milvus. Cloud Infrastructure: Deploy, monitor, and scale systems on AWS/GCP using EC2, S3, IAM, Lambda, Kafka, and ClickHouse.
