About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quantitative Trading Operations Manager to support our quantitative trading operations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of financial controls, reconciliations, and real-time data validation to ensure smooth and accurate functioning of our live trading strategies. This role bridges trading, technology, and operations — ensuring that real-time strategies are monitored effectively, and that all trade data and P&L reports are accurate, timely, and compliant. Key Responsibilities Daily Reconciliations: Ensure accuracy of trades, positions, and P&L by reconciling data from multiple internal and external sources (brokers, exchanges, clearing partners). Live Strategy Monitoring: Actively monitor running quantitative strategies in real-time for anomalies, unexpected behavior, or operational issues. Data Cross-Verification: Perform systematic cross-checks between trading system outputs and reference/benchmark data for validation and reporting. Operational Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for trading performance, risk exposures, compliance checks, and reconciliation outcomes. Issue Escalation: Identify and escalate discrepancies or operational risks to the appropriate teams (front office, technology, management) in a timely manner. Process Improvement: Collaborate with technology and front office teams to improve data flows, reduce manual interventions, and enhance monitoring dashboards. Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Management or related discipline. Professional or post-graduate qualifications will be preferred 3+ years of experience in a financial services environment, preferably in a middle/back office, operations, or controls role. Familiarity with financial instruments including equities, futures, or options. Proficient with Excel (pivot tables, lookups) and comfortable working with trading/reporting tools or dashboards. Prior exposure to automated or quantitative trading environments is a plus. Experience with reconciliation tools or scripting languages (e.g., SQL, Python) is a major advantage.
