The Sr Business Analyst- Hyperautomation (Python) role at GVMS Hiring requires a candidate with 4 to 6 years of experience, based in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have prior experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Hyperautomation and Cloud/Azure based product domains. While experience in mapping data from legacy to modernization systems is preferred, it is not mandatory. It is essential for the candidate to possess the ability to work across multiple domains smoothly, with special preference given to those with experience in Insurance, healthcare, and Retail sectors. An analytical approach to problem-solving is crucial for this role, along with proficiency in using Agile methodologies. Responsibilities of this role include responding to emerging roadmap and market requirements, identifying logical solutions to meet those requirements, and active participation in the Go-To-Market process to ensure successful product launches. The candidate will be expected to act as a product expert internally and externally, collaborate with the Product Owner and engineering team to manage and maintain a Backlog in JIRA, and work closely with software development teams in an Agile environment to define priorities and manage issues to successful conclusion. Moreover, the Sr Business Analyst will work with Agile engineering teams to produce proof of concept solutions, manage the release of new product features, and produce detailed release plans. Clear communication and documentation skills are essential, as the candidate will be responsible for creating product specifications, release notes, and clearly defined requirements through rigorous investigation and analysis. Additionally, the candidate will be required to understand and resolve complex technical, strategic, and business issues, contribute to the definition of the future roadmap of the product, and collaborate with engineering teams to improve velocity and detail non-functional requirements.
