We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive new business opportunities for CloudHire in the B2C segment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in high-volume sales, particularly in the Indian market. We are especially interested in candidates with experience selling 9,000 - 19,999 INR packages, in sales-driven organizations Location : Hyderabad ,Telangana This role in Hyderabad requires a proactive approach to identifying, qualifying, and engaging potential individual clients. Role & responsibilities : Outbound Sales: Make a minimum of 110 calls per week to potential customers. Achieve a minimum close rate of 25% on qualified leads. Follow up on inbound and outbound leads, nurturing them through the sales funnel. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers. Conduct effective discovery calls to understand their needs and present CloudHires value proposition. Assist prospects in making purchasing decisions and handle objections effectively. Performance & Reporting: Meet and exceed individual sales KPIs and targets. Maintain accurate records of calls, lead interactions, and conversions in the CRM. Provide market insights and feedback to improve the sales strategy. Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to refine the B2C sales approach. Share best practices and insights to improve overall sales performance. Preferred candidate profile Proven experience in a sales-driven role, preferably in B2C, SaaS, or ed-tech industries. Experience selling 8,000 - 10,000 INR packages is highly preferred. Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced sales environment. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation software. Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working with set KPIs. Commission: Attractive structure leading to an On-Track Earnings (OTE) of 11 - 12 LPA (if targets are met) Performance-based incentives and career growth opportunities Fast-track opportunity to move into US SaaS sales (30LPA OTE) after 6 months on track Work Environment: Onsite work model based in Hyderabad 6-day onsite work week A high-energy, collaborative work environment where initiative is celebrated.
