Job Description

Role Overview: The Enterprise Partner Solutions (EPS) team at Microsoft is a sales organization responsible for managing the commercial enterprise partner business. The team's mission is to build and sell Microsoft Cloud applications, services, and devices with partners, empowering people and organizations to achieve more. You will have the opportunity to focus on Microsoft's technology priorities and drive the penetration of Cloud Solution Area workloads with significant partners. Your role will involve providing deep technical coaching to partners, aiding them in developing impactful solutions and services for customers, validating partners" technology architecture, assisting in overcoming technical blockers, and supporting them in winning early customers and driving consumption and usage results. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and/or contribute to the delivery of workshops, bootcamps, and trainings to enhance partners" technical skills - Engage in deep technical interactions including briefings, proof of concepts, architectural design sessions, and hackathons - Collaborate with Microsoft's Engineering teams to generate technical insights and facilitate best practices sharing - Assist partners in developing and implementing high-quality solutions leveraging Microsoft's latest technologies - Evangelize partners" practices and solutions in customer implementations through technical briefings and architecture review sessions - Enable partners on technical pre-sales skills and support initial partners" wins while addressing technical issues Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 8+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting, OR equivalent experience - Proven track record of building deep technical sales relationships with CXOs and practice building executives in ESI, ISV, and Si's - Ability to solve partner problems and unblock technical issues using internal and/or external resources - Deep understanding of Microsoft Cloud Solution Area products and services and knowledge of the market business environment - 6-10+ years of success in consultative/complex technical sales, technology solutions/practice development, architecture, design, implementation, and/or support of highly distributed applications required Additional Details: The successful candidate should possess deep expertise in Microsoft Security Solutions such as Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Defender XDR suite, Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Purview, Azure Security Center & Defender for Cloud. They should have experience in Cloud Security Architecture, including designing and implementing security for Azure workloads, Zero Trust Architecture implementation, multi-cloud, and hybrid security strategies. Knowledge of Threat Protection & Incident Response, Regulatory & Compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.), and industry-recognized Security Certifications such as CISSP is highly recommended. Microsoft Certifications like SC-100, SC-200, SC-300, and AZ-500 are also desirable for this role.,
