Cloud Security Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud security solutions, primarily on

  Azure

  , with optional extension to

  AWS

  and

  GCP

  .
• Develop and automate security controls, monitoring, and compliance using

  Python scripts and tools

  .
• Collaborate with DevOps, Cloud, and Security teams to integrate security into

  CI/CD pipelines

  .
• Conduct threat modelling, perform vulnerability assessments, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Monitor cloud infrastructure for security incidents and contribute to

  incident response activities

  .
• Stay updated with evolving cloud security trends, best practices, compliance requirements, and emerging threats.

Required Skills

• Azure (must-have):

  Strong hands-on experience in designing and securing Azure workloads.

• Python (must-have):

  Proficiency in Python for automation and security scripting.

• Cloud Security (must-have):

  In-depth knowledge of IAM, encryption, key management, security groups, firewalls, and compliance frameworks.

• GCP & AWS (good to have):

  Exposure to securing workloads and implementing security solutions.
• Familiarity with

  DevSecOps

  ,

  CI/CD pipeline integration

  , and

  Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC)

  tools such as Terraform or ARM templates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (

  B.Tech/ B.E

  ).
• 34 years of relevant experience in Cloud Security and Development.

• Certifications (preferred, not mandatory):

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate
• AWS Certified Security Specialty
• Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer
