Assistant Manager Finance Account

You will be responsible for various finance and accounting activities as an Assistant Manager Finance Account at Cybermindr. Here is a summary of your role overview, key responsibilities, and qualifications required: Role Overview: As an Assistant Manager Finance Account at Cybermindr, you will play a crucial role in handling various finance and accounting tasks. You will be responsible for processing monthly salaries, reimbursements, and incentives, maintaining employee compensation records, ensuring statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, and TDS, managing accounting and bookkeeping tasks using Tally ERP, preparing GST invoices, and assisting with financial reporting and audits. Additionally, you will coordinate with vendors and clients as required. Key Responsibilities: - Process monthly salaries, reimbursements, and incentives. - Maintain employee records related to compensation and statutory deductions. - Ensure statutory compliance by handling PF, ESI, and TDS deductions and filings. - Coordinate with consultants or authorities for returns, challans, and inspections. - Maintain accurate records in Tally ERP and ensure timely posting of journal entries, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance. - Manage petty cash and bank transactions. - Prepare GST invoices and ensure accurate filing of GST returns. - Prepare monthly MIS reports and cash flow statements. - Track expenses against budgets and flag anomalies. - Assist with annual audits and financial statements. - Coordinate with vendors and clients as needed. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field. - 2 to 4 years of experience in finance or accounts, preferably in a start-up or SME. - Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and basic accounting principles. - Working knowledge of PF, ESI, TDS, GST, and Income Tax procedures. - Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to multitask. - Good communication and coordination skills.,
