Project Role : Cloud Platform Engineer Project Role Description : Designs, builds, tests, and deploys cloud application solutions that integrate cloud and non-cloud infrastructure. Can deploy infrastructure and platform environments, creates a proof of architecture to test architecture viability, security and performance. Must have skills : Vmware Virtualization Administration Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Must have skills:Hyper-V, Windows Server Administration Good to have skills:VMWare vSphere, Hardware Management (Cisco UCS, Dell etc), Hyperconverged Infrastructure (VXRail, Nutanix etc).Roles and responsibility:(CL10 Required 6-7 years relevant experience)Candidates should be able to provide Frontline technical assistance and support related to Hyper-V and VMware infrastructure issue's, primary goal is to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of Hyper-V and VMware environments, addressing user queries, troubleshooting problems, and escalating issues as necessary to higher-level support teams. Candidates should have Strong understanding of Windows Server operating systems (Windows server 2016,2019 & 2022). Proficiency in Hyper-V, Hyper-V Manager, Clustering and Smart Center Virtual Machine Manager (SCVMM). Familiarity with networking concepts, protocols, and troubleshooting techniques. Working experience with server hardware and understanding of Storage & Backup solutions. Candidate should have experience of server builds, health checks & regular maintenance activities. Hands on Experience to perform Windows and VMware Patching and upgrades. Hands on Experience to maintain and Manage Hardware lifecycle activities. Required good problem-solving skills and ability to handle any situation. Candidate should work with vendors as per requirement. Candidate should have work experience of incident, change mgmt and problem mgmt tasks. Identify the repeated tasks and ability to automate. Prepare regular KT plan for juniors to improve their quality of work Identify the Server monitoring gaps and minimize the incidents proactively. Ability to participate in Major incident activities Qualifications 15 years full time education
