Responsibilities Providing functional support for our HCM Oracle Cloud applications and in the design, development, implementation, and ongoing management of conversational AI solutions Min 5yrs + experience in Oracle application functionalities, business processes, and configuration options. Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications. Familiarity with integration methodologies and tools (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud - OIC, REST APIs). Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse audiences, including technical teams and business stakeholders.
