We are looking for a skilled and motivated Site Reliability Engineering Professional with a primary focus on Oracle Database Administration to join our SRE organization. This role demands strong hands-on expertise in managing Oracle databases across hybrid infrastructure, as well as experience with cloud migration , AWS RDS , and Terraform-based automation . You will play a critical role in ensuring database reliability, scalability, and performance while driving cloud adoption and infrastructure-as-code practices. Administer and maintain Oracle databases ( 12c, 19c ) in production and development environments. Architect, implement, and support highly available Oracle solutions on AWS using RDS and EC2 . Lead efforts in migrating legacy on-prem databases to AWS Cloud . Execute Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and manage database migrations from Oracle to PostgreSQL . Optimize database performance through tuning, indexing, and efficient SQL query execution. Design and automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and scripting languages like Shell or Python . Ensure data integrity, security, and availability through robust monitoring and backup strategies.
