Sales Cloud Configuration : Configure features in Sales Cloud including opportunity management, lead management, forecasts, and territory management. Enhance the performance of Sales Cloud features like Sales Path , Reports & Dashboards , Salesforce CPQ , and Einstein Analytics .

Key Responsibilities : Dashboard & Report Development : Design, develop, and deploy visually compelling dashboards and reports in Tableau that provide actionable insights for different business functions. Work closely with business teams to gather requirements and ensure that the visualizations meet the needs of end-users. Design and implement interactive features like filters, drill-downs, and parameters to enhance user experience. Data Integration : Work with various data sources such as SQL databases, flat files, Excel, cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Google BigQuery), and other third-party APIs. Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) tasks to integrate data into Tableau. Collaborate with data engineers to optimize and prepare datasets for reporting purposes. Data Modeling & Analysis : Develop and manage data models within Tableau to create a single source of truth for visual reporting.
