Role & responsibilities Intermediate organizing and planning skills to oversee program deliverables Intermediate priority setting and delegation skills Intermediate analytical, problem solving, negotiation and organizational skills Leads end-to-end service delivery to meet contract specs and customer needs Builds strong client relationships, manages escalations, and identifies growth opportunities Coordinates technical teams, tracks performance, and drives continuous improvement. Knowledge on ITIL processes . Knowledge of networking concepts (wired and wireless), protocols (TCP/IP and subnetting), VPN, and basic commands from the command prompt (ipconfig, tracert, etc.) Ability to work with VMware vSphere / virtualization. Knowledge on VMware vRealize Suite that includes (vRA, vRO & vROPS). Understanding of NAS & SAN protocols (CIFS, NFS, IScsi, FC, Raids). Data Backup and Recovery with Symantec Backup Exec or similar Enterprise Software. Knowledge of key features of Cloud Service Providers. Team player with Positive attitude and problem management skills. Flexible to work in shifts 24x7 Microsoft /Vmware/ Redhat Backup & Storage technologies/ VMware / PMax / VRA / Avamar / Networker / Data Domain / DPA / Networking Basic Secondary Skill(s): VxRail / SCG / Cloud IQ Cloud technologies Virtualization ITIL v4 Foundation preferred Flexible to work in shifts 24x7 Strong in OS Fundamentals Windows, Linux, VMware and others.
