Interns will have the chance to receive an offer letter and project completion certificate for each project they successfully complete, along with an internship completion certificate upon reaching 99% project completion and testing. Active collaboration and competition during the internship can lead to winning cool swag, while a letter of recommendation will be provided for future recruitment opportunities. Furthermore, interns may receive sponsorship and scholarship support of up to INR 1,35,000 for premium enterprise resources and subscriptions. The program also offers mentorship, fellowship, and technopreneurship opportunities, providing exposure, expertise, and experience in a corporate setting. HCDS Technologies is a partnership firm based in Gurugram, Delhi NCR, specializing in digital transformation across various domains such as Web3 and Blockchain, People and Business Analytics, Cloud Innovation, and Functional Automation. The internship trainee role involves active participation in the company's digital transformation projects related to Web3, Blockchain, analytics, and automation, with the flexibility for remote work. Qualifications for the internship trainee position include knowledge of Web3, Blockchain, and Cloud Innovation, an interest in People and Business Analytics, basic understanding of AI, NLP, and Prompt Engineering, experience in Functional and Business Process Automation, strong research and analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Candidates should be pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and must be willing to invest 50% in enterprise resources and trainee project subscriptions.
