Job Description Brief Description (ISV Sales Manager) ISV sales Manager would be responsible to drive ISV relations in the territory. He would manage OCIs adoption in ISV community leading to OCI consumption. Detailed Description Ability to evolve and develop the overall Oracle sales strategy and model for cloud services in the Territory. Define and execute a strategy for acquiring and managing ISVs and aligning their Applications to Oracle cloud platform. Build long term, strategic relationships with the defined ISV senior executives Identify selected ISV apps that need to be certified on Oracle tech and Cloud for GTM. Create, drive and own account plans for the selected ISVs in collaboration with field and/or other teams. Manage and own the tracking and forecasting of pipeline to meet their territories sales targets Collaborate with key internal stakeholders (e.g. service teams, sales, marketing, PR, legal, support, etc.) to further develop partner strategies and processes. Job Requirements At least 10 years of quota-carrying sales experience in emerging technologies. Knowledge of subscription businesses driven by Cloud IaaS, PaaS, SaaS Proven sales management experience and knowledge of the region Strong personal sales performance history Self-driven individual who is motivated and enjoys the opportunity to develop new business from scratch and find new opportunities Strong analytical, sales, business development and technical skills preferred with the ability to influence and close sales. Thinks big and has convictions, and is action/results oriented Strong executive speaking and presentation skills - formal presentations, white boarding, large and small group presentations. Overview Design, development and maintenance of Cloud Marketplace Platform, Automation of different Reference Implementation (RI) Patterns for PepsiCo enterprise Azure and AWS environments using Ansible Responsibilities Responsibilities : Develop Services, Solutions and Tools (using Ansible and Terraform, Azure Workbooks, Microsoft forms) to provide an excellent user experience incorporating self-service, automated reporting, collaboration and isolation where appropriate in a fully auditable platform. Develop Ansible Playbooks and Roles for automating Reference Implementation Patterns ( FullStack ) in Cloud using Ansible and Terraform Design end to end automation solutions ( FullStack ) for PepsiCo Cloud Marketplace essential services integration and offerings, Azure and AWS infrastructure foundation, cloud services including tagging, cloud onboarding and policies Develop Azure CI/CD Pipelines, ADO branching and coding standards Develop, deploy, and maintain TerraForm modules, PowerShell scripts, TerraForm schema and ARM templates Operationalize and support automation solutions Collaborate / partner with enterprise IT services teams, InfoSec, application teams, CAVO teams, digital platform teams, sector application teams as well as managed service providers and cloud providers Modernize and automate PepsiCo infrastructure services provisioning to provide faster services provisioning capabilities and improve supportability Qualifications Years of Experience : 8+ years of experience in Ansible Playbooks and Roles Development 5+ years of experience creating TF modules, config files 5+ years of experience administrating Ansible Infrastructure 5+ years of experience of automating IT Infrastructure - compute, network and storage 5+ years of experience in Cloud IaaS / PaaS services (Azure, AWS or GCP) 5+ years of experience in Azure Dev Ops (ADO) including Version Control D ifferentiating Competencies: Solid Proficiency creating Ansible Playbooks and Roles Solid Proficiency developing TF modules using HCL ( Hashicorp Config Language) Solid Azure and AWS infrastructure architecture experience with breadth and depth Solid cloud automation architecture and engineering experience for large scale enterprise environment Capability to work with internal and external teams with clear communication Coach junior engineers and contractors to deliver high quality products Set and enforce architecture standards and guidelines Identify opportunities in cloud marketplace and automation, analyze business requirements and technology options, design solutions and integrate best practices Strong communication and influence skills to socialize and align architecture roadmap and design Support all PepsiCo global IT functions and sectors for cloud automation for IaaS and PaaS, collaborate with teams outside of CTO organization and sector IT teams, running on highly complex cloud Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS) technologies and services.

Job description Senior Azure Linux Administrator Required Knowledge/Skills and Experience: Proficiency in Linux System administration & Azure platform. Ability to manage Linux environment, Strong experience on RHEL, Suse, Ubuntu based distributions, file system management, package management, patch management, LVM management, NFS, troubleshooting. Experience in provisioning, operating and maintaining systems running on Azure Capabilities to provide Azure operations and deployment guidance and best practices throughout the lifecycle of a project Ability to understand and implement high available solutions on Azure across availability zones and regions Experience in Azure Security Groups, VPC, Routing Tables, Subnets Understanding of patch management, Server hardening, TLS/SSL vulnerabilities management. Very good understanding of Cloud IaaS, PaaS and SaaS services Knowledge & experience in monitoring, logging and cost management tools Backup and Restore management using Backup solution. Commvault knowledge would be good to have Infrastructure and Application monitoring across production and non-production platforms Problem Solving: Ability to analyze and resolve complex infrastructure resource and application deployment issues. Good experience on Bash or Power Shell scripting. Ability to automate any operation task Understanding of networking, DNS concepts, System troubleshooting, Active directory and OpenLDAP administration Experience in using ticketing tools like ServiceNow Very good interpersonal skills Ability to adapt and learn new technologies Excellent written and oral communication skills Ready to be available for On-call support on off work hours and weekends as the need be Education and Expected Years of Experience: Education: Graduation in Computer Science or Equivalent.
