Your role will involve working closely with the Professional Services team throughout the development and deployment cycle, applying your expertise in industry best practices to independently lead and implement solutions in collaboration with both the platform and solution teams. As a Blue Yonder Sr Technical Architect (Professional Services), your primary responsibility will be to oversee the delivery of product implementation and related integrations. This role will require you to architect, design, and lead the technical team on various projects. The team you will be part of consists of over 80 associates in India and is anticipated to expand rapidly. Therefore, you should possess a genuine interest in exploring new technologies and products, showcase quick learning abilities, and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbally and in writing. Your expertise should encompass a range of technical skills, including knowledge of operating systems such as Windows and Unix, database concepts like RDBMS, Oracle, and MS SQL Server, and implementation experience using the SCPO Platform. Additionally, familiarity with emerging technologies such as Data Science, Data Analytics, Agile, Python, AI/ML, Cloud Platforms (Azure, Google Cloud Platform, AWS), and various databases/data platforms like Snowflake, MongoDB, and NoSQL will be advantageous. In this role, you will lead a team of technical consultants and developers in implementing solutions, managing services, integrating systems, and handling custom projects either on-site or offshore. You will be responsible for estimating workloads, conducting technical analysis sessions, designing platform workflows, providing technical support, and contributing to internal development projects. Additionally, you will play a key role in upskilling on Blue Yonder's product suite, delivering value to customers, identifying revenue opportunities, and creating artifacts to enhance reusability and automation. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with 8 to 14 years of experience in the software industry. Strong programming skills, a technical background, and expertise in Supply Chain Planning are essential. Proficiency in performance tuning, PL/SQL, database management, ETL, Perl scripting, web technologies, API fundamentals, cloud services, and architectural design is required. Hands-on experience with Blue Yonder SCPO Platform is highly desirable.
