Job Title: Senior Oracle Finance Consultant Fusion Cloud Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office – 5 Days a Week) Experience Required: 15+ Years Total, 10+ Years in Oracle Finance, 8+ Years in Oracle Fusion Cloud Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle Finance Consultant with a strong background in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of total experience, with at least 10 years focused on Oracle Finance and a minimum of 8 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud. This is a work-from-office position based in Hyderabad, requiring availability all 5 working days. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance implementations. Provide expert-level support and guidance on Oracle Financials, especially within Accounts Receivables (AR), Cash Management, and Collections processes . Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle functional solutions. Configure and customize Oracle Fusion modules as needed to align with business goals. Conduct gap analysis and prepare functional design documents. Coordinate with technical teams for customizations and integrations. Lead client workshops and training sessions. Support UAT, cutover, and post-go-live support phases. Required Skills & Experience: 15+ years of overall experience in ERP Finance domain. 10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Finance. 8+ years of recent and relevant experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials . Strong knowledge and practical experience in Collections, Accounts Receivables (AR), and Cash Management modules. Proven track record of at least one full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation . Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Oracle Certification in Fusion Financials is a plus. Exposure to other Oracle ERP modules (like AP, GL, FA) is desirable. Experience working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Note: Immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred.
