Job Duties Administers the day-to-day functions of the Oracle Cloud ERP system. Designs new and modifies existing reports across modules/components based on requirements. Provides Level IV support for Oracle Cloud ERP system issues and questions. Provides Level IV support for specific applications, as needed. Coaches Application Support team members on best practices and steps for developing sound support and coding decisions. Devises strategic solutions to resolve issues while keeping the system operational. Partners with other members of the Applications Services team, as well as other resources within National IT, Human Resources and/or Finance to resolve issues. Consults with other Application Services team members to analysis diverse issues. Participates in weekly support meetings with hosting provider. Participates in design meetings as appropriate. Serves as the Secondary Support person for after-hours support, as needed. Other duties as required. Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Education: Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Information Systems or equivalent field required. Experience: Five (5) to Seven(7) of experience in BIP Report development/enhancement of Oracle Cloud ERP modules. Extensive experience in building complex reports across PO, AP, AR, GL and Projects modules. Five (5) or more years of experience in BIP report development/customization using SQL, PL\SQL. A minimum of five (5) year of experience with implementation or support of cloud based (SaaS) ERP applications required. Proficiency in SQL , data modeling and report template design. Design and develop complex BIP Reports and customize standard reports. Optimize report performance and implement data security measures. Ability to communicate with end users, translate the requirements to solutions and drive the report delivery. Ability to mentor and lead junior report developers. Good understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP FSCM modules preferred. License/Certifications: Oracle Business Intelligence foundations preferred. Software: Experience with the following products, required: Oracle Fusion FSCM modules. This position serves as Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP subject matter expert for Procurement, Supplier Portal, Redwood, and Accounts Payable modules. Provide technical support and training to end-users and other stakeholders. Stay updated with the latest Oracle Fusion ERP features and best practices to ensure optimal system performance. Prior work experience with an international company is a plus. Key competency profile 5 plus years of experience in supporting Oracle Cloud ERP Procurement. Preferred technical and professional experience Knowledge of Tax and Statutory requirements for country specific localizations is an added advantage
