What We’re Looking For: Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity Certifications like CISSP, CISM, CDPSE, CIPP Google Cloud certifications (e.g., Security Engineer, Data Engineer) are a plus Experience 5–7+ years in Data Security/Protection Strong DLP exposure across environments Expertise in encryption technologies (On-prem, GCP KMS, O365) Sound knowledge of the DPDP Act Hands-on securing data in GCP and O365 Skills & Competencies DLP tools (On-prem, Cloud DLP, Microsoft Purview) Encryption management Data classification & access governance Familiarity with GCP storage & database security Strong understanding of O365 data governance features
