Skills And Qualifications Previous experience in a customer support role/outbound calling role is a must Track record of over-achieving calling targets Very strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening Familiarity with calling CRM systems and practices Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively. Willing to work in rotational shifts as the calling demography will be UK, USA and Australia primarily. Must be a graduate (Technical Stream Preferred) Exposure to selling Enterprise Integration (iPaaS), and Cloud CRM (e.g. Salesforce) services are a plus.
